  16. Please make sure the cheque or money order is drawn on or payable through a
  17. Canadian bank.  Those that my bank can't cash will be returned.  I would
  18. suggest only Canadians pay by cheque as the registration amount is smaller than
  19. the service charge my bank will charge me for a foreign cheque and exchange
  20. rate.  Therefore a money order is prefered!  However, they can be some what
  21. inconvienent, so if you prefer you may send cash (US dollars only, please).

  23. Note:  Orders will be sent the day I receive payment with Cash or Money Orders.
  24. Cheques take more then a week to clear, then the order will be sent.

  26. Cut out the above address and tape it on the envelope if you like.  If you're
  27. sending cash, then it would be best to disguise the envelope as a personal
  28. letter.  So the following might be more appropriate:

  35. Make sure you can't see the cash from the outside of the envelope, or it
  36. may never find it's way to me.  Hold it up the light and check.  Wrap
  37. the order form around the bills, if it's not enough then wrap some more paper
  38. around it, or just sent it registered/certified.

  41. place that name in brackets AFTER your name on the Name line.
